Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
Newtonizzed Homes LLC operates newtonizzedhomes.com and provides windows, doors, and bathroom remodeling services. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, appointment requests, and related communications.
Information you provide
We collect the information you submit, including your name, phone number, email address, project ZIP code or address, project details, preferred contact method, and appointment preferences. Our booking service may collect additional answers needed to arrange your consultation. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment-card details, financial-account information, or medical records in the general request form.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, check service availability, arrange and manage consultations, discuss project options, prepare proposals, coordinate requested services, maintain business records, and protect our website and business from misuse.
Where requests are stored and who receives them
Website request forms are saved in our website database and emailed to our business. Online bookings are processed through our appointment-scheduling provider. Authorized personnel and service providers may access information needed for hosting, scheduling, email, phone and text communications, customer management, and project coordination. If your inquiry becomes a project, relevant details may be shared with the personnel and installers involved in providing that service. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.
Website technology and service providers
Our website uses third-party website hosting and embedded appointment-scheduling services. These providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, and activity involving their services. Cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies may support security, booking sessions, website statistics, and understanding how visitors reach the booking form. The information collected depends on the provider and enabled features.
These service providers have their own privacy practices. For information about providers that process your information and their applicable privacy notices, contact us at contact@newtonizzedhomes.com. You can manage cookies and browser storage in your browser settings; blocking them may affect booking or other functions.
Calls, texts, and email
When you request contact or an appointment, we may respond by phone, text, or email about that request and related services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Tell us if you prefer a different contact method or wish to stop promotional communications. You may reply STOP to a text to request that text messages stop, or contact us at the email or phone number below. Calls may be recorded when disclosed in our phone greeting.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and project records as needed for follow-up, providing services, business records, resolving disputes, and applicable legal obligations. Retention needs vary by record type and whether you become a customer. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask about our information practices. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or ongoing services. We will respond consistent with applicable law. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights.
Children and policy changes
Our services and website are intended for adults arranging home-improvement services, not children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. We may update this policy as our services or information practices change; the updated version will appear here with a revised date.
